Applicants must be Washington, DC public school graduates. Applicants must have resided in Washington, DC, attended Washington, DC public schools for three consecutive years and must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Applicants must follow the standard procedure for applying for need-based aid. No separate application is required.
