Eligibility

Applicants must be Connecticut students who have declared a major in health, physical education, recreation or dance. Students must be college juniors or seniors, maintain a GPA of 2.7 or higher and be CTAHPERD members.

Applications are available online. An application form, personal statement, transcript and two letters of recommendation are required.
