Eligibility

Applicants must be graduating seniors of Regional District High School or college students who are residents of Region 1. Preference will be given to Cornwall residents. To be considered, Students must possess a profound concern for the environment as demonstrated by participation in ecological, forestry, FFA or biological activities.
