Eligibility
Applicants must be current high school or undergraduate college students 25 years of age or under and must not be a resident of Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan or Syria. Applicants must create three- to five-minute short films that either raise awareness about current global issues affecting women or propose solutions to such challenges. Selection is based upon the overall strength of the film.

Film submissions should be made online. A submission form, short film and proof of enrollment are required.
