Eligibility
Applicants must be spouses or children of active, retired, honorably discharged or deceased or reserve Chief, Senior Chief or Master Chief Petty Officers of the U.S. Navy. They must be high school graduates or have earned a GED and plan to attend a college, university or post-secondary vocational institution to earn an AA, BA or BS degree. Current college students may also apply. Selection criteria include scholastic proficiency, character and all-around ability.
How to Apply
Applications are available online. An application form, three letters of recommendation, a copy of your dependents ID card and a personal statement are required.
