Eligibility

Applicants must be Elmira High School, Thomas Edison High School, Horseheads High School and Notre Dame High School students who plan to declare a major within a field related to science, technology, engineering, or mathematics. Students must be entering a college or university with a six-year graduation rate of 80% or higher and may be asked to provide proof of enrollment and demonstrate financial need.
