Eligibility

Applicants must be CAP members who have earned the Billy Mitchell Award or have received a Senior Rating in any specialty track. Students must be enrolled full-time during the academic year in which the scholarship is awarded. Applicants must not be previous winners of this award and must possess and maintain a discipline and academic standard acceptable to the school.
