Eligibility
Applicants must be California residents who are attending or plan to attend an eligible California college or university pursuing at least two years of coursework. They must enroll for no less than half time and meet program income requirements. They may not have already earned a bachelor's degree or higher, and they must not be in default on a student loan or owe a grant repayment without having made satisfactory arrangements for repayment. Students with a GPA of 3.0 or higher who meet all requirements will receive an entitlement award, and students with a GPA of at least 2.4 may apply for a competitive award.
