Eligibility
Applicants must be graduating Colorado high school seniors who have lived in Colorado for their full junior and senior years of high school, graduates from a Colorado high school and be citizens, legal permanent residents or lawfully present in the United States or meet the requirements and have applied or started the process of applying for citizenship, legal status or lawful presence. They should submit applications, essays, transcripts and standardized test scores. Selection is based on academic merit, intellectual curiosity, demonstration of leadership skills, community service and character.
