Eligibility

Applicants must be graduating high school seniors, high school graduates or current college students from a high school in Martinsville City, Henry County or are residents there. Students must be enrolled or plan to enroll in an accredited college or university, majoring in public safety and/or public service. Applicants must demonstrate financial need.
