Eligibility

Applicants must be U.S. domestic students who are employed at a Washington Bankers Association member bank, subject to employer verification at the time of application and/or have an ABA membership. Students must be newly admitted City University students in the quarter of the scholarship application and be enrolled in a degree-seeking program and registered in the quarter of the scholarship award.
