Eligibility
Applicants must be residents of Saginaw County pursuing a Career and Technical Education (CTE) training in HVAC and attending Delta College, Greater Michigan Construction Academy (GMCA), or Mid-Michigan Community College. Students must be graduates of Saginaw Public Schools (Arthur Hill High School, Saginaw Arts and Sciences Academy, or Saginaw High School) or graduates of any high school located in Saginaw County. Applicants must submit letters of recommendation, a recent school transcript, a completed FAFSA, an essay and a special attachment or membership verification information.
