Eligibility
Applicants must be dependents or descendants of American Legion members in good standing with a minimum GPA of 2.7, who are residents of Allegany or Garrett county and have graduated from a high school in either of these counties. Students must major in any of the following: accounting, biology, business administration, chemistry, computer science, economics, education, environmental analysis and planning, foreign languages, general science, geography, history, international studies, law and society (justice studies), mathematics, physics, political science or wildlife/fisheries.
