Eligibility

Applicants must be residents of the Great Lakes Bay Region (Bay, Midland or Saginaw County) pursuing an undergraduate degree or Career and Technical Education (CTE) training with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Students who are First Congregational Church (FCC) members will be given preference. Applicants must submit letters of recommendation, a recent school transcript, a completed FAFSA, an essay and a special attachment or membership verification information.
