Eligibility

Students must be college juniors or seniors at Syracuse University or the University of Maryland-University College. Applicants must be pursuing a degree in information technology (IT) or a related subject, must be enrolled full-time (12+ credits) and must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or more. Selection is based on academic merit, an academic letter of recommendation and financial need.

Applications are available through each partner university's financial aid office. An application form and one recommendation letter is required.
