Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, a Maryland resident, live in Baltimore city and display financial need. Students must be attending full- or part-time and choose a major in computer information systems, cyber security and assurance, electrical engineering, engineering transfer, robotics/mechanics technology, arts and sciences transfer-mathematics.
