Eligibility

Applicants must be sophomores, juniors or seniors who have a 2.5 or higher GPA, demonstrated leadership in student activities and financial need. Students must major in plastics engineering, have U.S. military involvement such as a member of Stout ROTC, a member of the U.S. military, a veteran of the U.S. military, a member of the National Guard, a veteran of the National Guard or a son or daughter of a member or veteran of the U.S. military or National Guard.
