Eligibility
Applicants must be U.S. citizens or legal and permanent residents of the U.S. who have been diagnosed with one of the following conditions: ankylosing spondylitis, atopic dermatitis, Crohn s disease, hidradenitis suppurativa, juvenile idiopathic arthritis, plaque psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ulcerative colitis or uveitis. Students must plan to enroll full-time in an undergraduate or graduate level program at an accredited college, university or technical school in the U.S. for the upcoming school year.
