Eligibility

Applicants must be Washington residents who have a family income of 70 percent or less of the state median, enroll at least half-time as an undergraduate student in an eligible program and be pursuing a certificate, associate's degree or bachelor's degree.

How to Apply

Eligible students who have filed a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) are considered.
