Eligibility
Applicants must be current college students. They can enter the contest individually or in groups. They must submit a brief, original videotaped public service announcement on the topic of hiring a licensed contractor after a natural disaster. Selection is based on video production quality, creativity and message effectiveness.
How to Apply
Entry instructions are available online. An entry form, participant release form(s) and two copies of the entry video in DVD format are required.
