Eligibility
Applicants must be in grades 9 through 12 and home schooled students or students who are U.S. citizens attending high schools overseas. Applicants need the sponsorship of any school, school club, youth group, community group or religious organization. Selection is based on the quality of the research, analysis, form, style and mechanics of the essay.
