Applicants must be Hispanic, U.S. citizens or permanent residents and be currently studying or planning to study full-time at an accredited university undergraduate program in the U.S. or Puerto Rico. They must be incoming freshmen or sophomores or transferring from a community college. Students must also have a minimum 3.0 GPA and major in culinary arts, hospitality administration, hospitality management, hotel management, restaurant management or tourism management.
