Eligibility
Entrants must be age 25 or younger at the time of the entry deadline. They must be living in an Arab League nation, the U.S., Afghanistan or Iran. They must write an essay of 600 to 1,500 words responding to one of the civil rights topics presented in the official entry rules. Selection is based on the strength and relevance of the essay response.
