Eligibility
Applicants must be California residents, U.S. citizens or permanent residents and undergraduate students who are enrolled in at least nine credit hours at an accredited institution of higher learning. A GPA of 2.75 or higher is required. Applicants must enroll in two consecutive semesters and have completed at least one grading term of a postsecondary program. Rising sophomores must have 400 hours of restaurant work experience, and those beyond the sophomore year must have 550 hours of experience.
