Arkansas State University Honors Scholarship (Visit this link)

The University Honors Scholarship (UHS) is the top scholarship that ASU awards to its best students. In order to be eligible for the scholarship competition, each student must be an Arkansas resident and be a 2007 graduate of an Arkansas high school. Additionally, each student must have one of the following: 1. 30 ACT minimum and a 3.500 cumulative GPA on the sixth or seventh semester transcript OR 2. 28-29 ACT and 3.750 cumulative GPA on the sixth or seventh semester transcript OR 3. Be a national merit finalist or semi-finalist. As the top scholarship of the university, the UHS covers tuition and fees for 15 semester hours, a double occupancy room, a meal plan and a stipend of $1200 for the academic year. Depending on the eligible applicant pool, the university expects to award between 40-45 scholarships.
