Qualifying students receive full tuition at any accredited medical, dental, veterinary, psychology or optometry program, plus a generous stipend of more than $2,000.

2011 ASSE Foundation Scholarship Award Program

The American Society of Safety Engineers awards a variety of scholarships. Most undergraduate awards are for full-time students (enrolled in 12 hours or more per semester) pursuing an undergraduate degree in occupational safety and health or a closely related field.

BloodStock - An American Red Cross Scholarship Opportunity

To qualify for this scholarship drawing, a student must plan and organize a blood drive within the Southeast Division (Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Mississippi Gulf Coast, portions of Florida and portions of Tennessee) of the American Red Cross that collects a minimum of 50 units of blood ($2,000 scholarship drawing - 4 total, one per region) or a drive that collects a minimum of 35 units of blood ($1,000 scholarship drawing- 4 total, one per region) from volunteer donors.

Provides grants to residents of the State of Maine based on their demonstrated financial need. Applicants must be Maine residents, but may be enrolled in any institution across the country.

This grant provides scholarships of up to $10,000 per year to female African American students in the Computer Science department. Applicants must be U.S. citizens enrolled in Computer and Information Sciences, Computer Engineering, or Mathematics, show evidence of financial need, and have a minimum 2.5 GPA at the time of applying

Girls Incorporated Lucile Miller Wright Scholars Program

This Scholars Program was created by Lucile Miller Wright, a long-time supporter of Girls Incorporated, to fund scholarships expressly for young women members. Multiple scholarships of up to $15,000 are awarded each year and may be applied to tuition at an accredited college or university. This is a private scholarship for you high school women who are members of Girls Incorporated.
