SciTech Scholarships provide up to $3,000 per year based on total educational costs (tuition and mandatory fees, room and board, and an allowance for books) to students who are enrolled full-time, for a maximum of three years (with certain exceptions for approved five-year degree programs). To qualify you must: * Be a resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. * Be a high school graduate. * Be at least a sophomore who is enrolled as a full-time student pursuing a bachelor's degree in an approved science or technology field at an approved Pennsylvania public or private college or university. * Work experience/internships can be credit or noncredit. * Complete an approved internship or relevant work experience in a field related to the student's major with a Pennsylvania company prior to receiving a degree. These students have demonstrated superior high school academic achievement, intellectual gifts and the potential for becoming leaders in their chosen fields. Seriousness of purpose, a record of independence and credentials such as National Merit Finalist, Governor's School attendee and other national and state recognitions weigh heavily in the selection process. Scholars are eligible to apply for a $2,500 summer research grant to pursue their interests while at Ursinus.

Scholarships + The Pennsylvania Federation of Democratic Women, Inc (PFDW) awards scholarships to any Pennsylvania woman student in the junior class of an accredited college or university.
