Current Scholarships To celebrate Game Design Expo's fifth year, Vancouver Film School is offering $100,000 in scholarships to aspiring game designers interested in beginning their careers in the acclaimed one-year VFS Game Design program! 2011 GAME DESIGN EXPO SCHOLARSHIPS VFS is partnering with Game Design Expo sponsors G4TechTV, Annex Pro, and 3vis to offer $50,000 in scholarships. The ten individual $5,000 awards are open to all aspiring game designers. Download the application kit and submit it in person at the Game Design Open House or by mail. 2011 WOMEN IN GAMES SCHOLARSHIP To encourage and foster women in the game industry, VFS is pleased to offer this full-tuition scholarship valued at up to $50,000 to a talented female game designer – a perfect springboard into a long and successful game career.
