This scholarship drastically reduces the cost of attending college and provides students the opportunity to graduate without the burden of educational debt. However, the presence of outside scholarships or grants will not reduce the CCCB full-tuition scholarship amount. The Central scholarship(s) will be credited to the student's account if he or she meets all eligibility and maintenance requirements after 60% of the semester has been completed.
