The HSF/State Farm Insurance Scholarship Program is designed to assist graduating High School seniors obtain a bachelor's degree. In order to qualify for this scholarship students must either attend a State Farm sponsored Town Hall Meeting (THM) that is held in the Fall 2009 at East Los Angeles Roosevelt Senior High School or Santa Ana Segerstrom High School or Attend the high school where the event took place (East Los Angeles Roosevelt Senior High School or Santa Ana Segerstrom High School).
