Scholarships & Research Grants The Vesalius Trust awards various scholarships and research grants on an annual basis, including those based on scholastic achievement and project merit. At this time, funds are not awarded based on financial need. Under the purview of the Trust, the applications are forwarded to the Association of Medical Illustrators Scholarship Committee for evaluation and ranking. The Scholarship Committee's recommendations are forwarded to the Board for approval and release of funding.

These scholarships are for students with financial need unless otherwise noted. Most of these funds are awarded to qualified students by the Office of Financial Aid and do not require a special application process. An endowed fund totaling $1 million or more is given the prestigious designation of Hopkins Scholarship.
