Eligibility: Member of student government/council, current high school student, minimum 2.0 gpa, zinch profile complete.
Judging: Both need of student and merit considered. Winners chosen based on what the student provides in his/her zinch profile.
More info: High school counselor must sign up (to confirm who you are) for you to be considered a finalist (It’s free and easy, but you gotta let them know).
