Can you think of an affliction or problem that Internet Explorer 8 can solve? Can you create a really fun acronym for said affliction? Then you’re halfway there. Now you just need to film your own Public Service Announcement (PSA) and you’ll be entered for a chance to win a $2,500 scholarship!
