Wayne V. Black Scholarship
In 2006, the Board of Directors of the Energy Telecommunications & Electrical
Association established the Wayne V. Black Scholarship Award. Through its strategic plan, Staying Ahead of the Curve, ENTELEC is committed to
providing quality educational programming for all levels of energy professional from
novice to executive. The creation of the Wayne V. Black Scholarship Award is
consistent with this goal.
