OXY Cash for College $100,000 Scholarship (Visit this link)

Promotion Period: The OXY® Cash for College Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on April 1, 2008 and ends at 3:00 p.m. ET on September 29, 2008 ("Promotion Period").
Two Ways To Enter: 1) During the Promotion Period, visit www.oxymom.com, click on the Sweepstakes link and follow the online entry instructions. Complete all required entry information and you will be automatically entered into the random drawing. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your Internet service provider will apply. Online entries must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 29, 2008, to be included in the random drawing. Limit one online entry per person/email address. 2) On a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, hand print your name, complete address (no P.O. Boxes), zip code, daytime phone number, email address (if applicable), and date of birth. Mail your completed entry in a hand-addressed stamped envelope to: OXY® Cash for College Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 7897, Melville, NY 11775-7897. Limit one entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced mailed entries not accepted. All mailed entries must be mailed separately, be postmarked by September 29, 2008 and received by October 6, 2008.
Random Drawing: Potential winners will be selected, on or about October 13, 2008, in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Odds of winning a prize will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone, mail and/or email.
Prizes: Grand Prize (1): $25,000 awarded in the form of a 529 Plan contribution. First Prize (5): $10,000 awarded in the form of a 529 Plan contribution. Second Prize (5): $5,000 awarded in the form of a 529 Plan contribution. All taxes are the responsibility of the individual winner and winner will be required to provide his/her social security number. Winner is advised to consult with his/her accountants, lawyers or other financial advisers regarding specific tax implications. No substitution or transfer of prize by a winner is permitted. Limit one prize per person/household/email address.
Eligibility: No purchase necessary. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, including the District of Columbia, who are 18 or older, and who are a parent or legal guardian of a child aged 13-19 years of age during the Promotion Period. Employees of The Mentholatum Company ("Sponsor"), www.oxymom.com, Cenergy Communications, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. and any of its affiliates, parents or subsidiaries, and affiliate companies and advertising and promotion agencies and members of their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, and siblings and their spouses and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law and subject to all federal, state and local laws.
