National Garden Clubs Inc Scholarship
NGC is proud of its scholarship program which offers financial aid to students and promotes study in Agriculture Education, Horticulture, Floriculture, Landscape Design, Botany, Biology, Plant Pathology/Science, Forestry, Agronomy, Environmental Concerns, Economics, Environmental Conservation, City Planning, Wildlife Science, Habitat or Forest/Systems Ecology, Land Management and/or other related or allied subjects. Applicants must be majoring in one of these fields of study. Through the NGC awards program, garden club members receive recognition for outstanding achievement. A Book of Evidence, a compliation of fact and information related to a project or a flower show, is usually a requrement.
Receiving a prestigious NGC award is one of the highest honors to be achieved. Recognition created pride and encourages members to further their efforts.
