Bright Flight Program
A merit-based program for Missouri residents attending in-state postsecondary schools, the Bright Flight Program is a renewable scholarship awarded to applicants achieving noteworthy standardized test scores. Funds vary by score,and the preferred deadline for 2011 high school graduates is August 1.
