Michael A. Hunter Memorial Scholarship Fund (Visit this link)
The Michael A. Hunter Memorial Scholarship Fund awards annual scholarships to help improve the quality of life for those affected by leukemia. The focus of the scholarship is on supporting secondary education for leukemia patients and/ or children of non-surviving leukemia patients. This scholarship is offered nationwide.
Eligibility Requirements

Offered nationwide to graduating high school seniors, community college and four year university students who are leukemia patients and/or are children of non-surviving Leukemia patients.A note from the treating doctor must also be supplied to certify that the applicant or the applicant?s parents have leukemia.

Minimum 3.0 GPA

In a maximum of 600 words, write about how Leukemia has affected your life. Please include type of Leukemia, date of diagnosis and current status.
