Arizona Chapter Gold Scholarship (Visit this link)
Established in 1992 to encourage serious academic study in the field of travel/tourism. The student must be enrolled as a sophomore, junior, or senior in an accredited four-year university in the state of Arizona. One award of $3000 will be given.
In addition to the general requirements, applicants must submit a 500-word essay detailing the student's plans in the travel industry as well as the student's interest in the business of travel and tourism. The applicant must also provide a letter of recommendation from an educator or employer regarding student's credentials.
