2006 "Sharpie Autographs for Education" National Signature Collection Sweepstakes (Visit this link)

A total of ten (10) Grand Prizes will be awarded (five (5) for entries received during the first entry period, and five (5) for entries received during the second entry period combined with non-winning entries received during the first entry period. See Rule 4 for details of entry periods and drawings. Each Grand Prize will consist of a $10,000 college scholarship which will be established on winner’s behalf and administered by an independent investment/financial services company designated by Sponsor. Prizes may be transferred to a person of winner’s choice for application toward such person’s educational expenses subject to sponsor’s approval. The specific details of the administration of the scholarships and payment of scholarship monies will be determined by the sponsor and executed by the above-mentioned financial services company and will be made know to winners at the time of prize notification. Limit one Grand Prize per household.
Prizes are non-transferable except as provided herein or at the discretion of the Sponsor. No prize substitutions or cash redemptions except as provided in these Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot be awarded as advertised for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control; and entrant agrees to such method of compensation in such event, as a condition of entry in this sweepstakes.
